Project Director S&M – BlueShift Portugal – Lisbon, Portugal www.blueshiftportugal.com BlueShift is the Market Leader in Portugal for managing and doing consulting projects for Hospitality Industry (Hotels and Restaurants). We fully manage more than 650 beds in Portugal from small hotels (21 rooms) up to large resorts of over 200 rooms. I managed a total Sales team of 24 persons divided between all the properties. I total that team managed a budget of 18Mio Euros, divided between (7Mio Room Revenue, 7Mio F&B, 3.5 Mio Golf, 500K MOD). We exceeded in 3% our budget goal for 2017.
